My Ministry Goals for the Month of March

Goals:

• Daycare - By the end of this month (March 18, 2011) we are going to have a Graduation Day for the Daycare students.
• Team’s Job Description (Daycare) - To make specific job description for the Team who will be part of the Daycare ministry.
• Worship Team - This month of March, the worship team is going to prepare for the upcoming Acoustic Night on April that aims to evangelize the young people and encourage them as well to serve God through the music ministry in the church.
• DVBS Preparation - To prepare for the upcoming Vacation Bible School in the Church this summer.

Objectives:

Daycare Preparation

• Make a detailed Program for the Graduation.
• Inform or make formal invitations.
• Set a Job description for the Team specially the Team in Hawaii.
• Practice the Kids for their graduation day.

Worship Team Preparation

• Will prepare at least 2 sets of Acoustic Songs.
• Will invite/make a formal invitation.
• Make a Program for the Acoustic Night.

VBS preparation

• VBS Material and Crafts.
• To announce and make a formal invitation for the kids as well as their parents to be involved.
• Specific Job Description to the Team.
• VBS Orientation for the workers.
• Set a detailed itinerary and detailed program.
