Youth Mobilization

Goals: 

Christmas Parties

• Prepare a Theme for this year
• Prepare a detailed budget and program.
• To raise specific amount for the group and individual supporters.

Objectives:

Fund raising for the Christmas Parties

• Make a detailed Budget lists
• Make a solicitation Cards/Letter.
• Make a target lists and due date for the individual and group supporters including the amount that needs to be raise based on the detailed budget lists.

Program for the Christmas Parties

• Set a detailed Program based on the Theme
• Set a job description Program and operational.
• Coordinate with the Partnership Coordinator and Touch Trip Coordinator with regards to the young people of our Partner Church who will undergo on the missions trips this month of December. (Specially those who undergo to OMT)

Jesus King of Kings Community Church

Goals:

Music Ministry

• Challenge the young people to serve the Lord in music ministry
• To become part of God’s work especially in the ministry of the Word every Wednesday youth service.
• To conduct the Evangelistic Acoustic night in the month of May.

Batang Krayola

• Continue planning and organizing for the VBS this month of May.
